How long it takes
3-5 business day production timeline
For custom printed orders, production time typically takes about 3-5 business days on orders under 5,000 pieces.
Shipping
Everything ships from our New York-based facility. Orders are shipped with UPS.
Free shipping on order over $199
All orders placed over $199 get free UPS Ground shipping.
Transit time
Transit starts the day your order leaves our warehouse. Estimated delivery times are presented at checkout as well as through the transit time estimator below.

Transit times are ground estimates from our Ronkonkoma, NY facility and can vary within large states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico take longer and may route by air.

You pick your cycle. You're billed on the same date each cycle, and it goes into production that day.
Delivery instructions
Dock numbers, receiving hours, gate codes. Add them at checkout and they travel with the shipment.
Split shipments
Everything on an order ships together once all of it is ready. Need part of it sooner? Tell us at checkout.
Blind shipping
Ships unbranded, with no packing slip in the box. Reseller accounts only.
PO numbers
Add yours at checkout and it shows up on your order and your paperwork. Reseller and wholesale accounts only.
Signature on delivery

When does custom product production start?
Production starts when you place your order. Production takes about 3-5 business days as standard.
Is there free shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders over $199. Below that, live rates are calculated at checkout from your address.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, addresses can be updated after the order is placed. Once the order is shipped, the address can not be updated.
Will my customer see what I paid?
No. Prices never appear on anything inside the box — on any order, blind shipped or not.
What if I need it by a specific date?
Add your need-by date at checkout and it goes to production with the job. If we cannot make it, we will tell you before we print.
Can I pay to get it faster?
You don't need to. Every order runs on the same 3-business-day production - there's no rush tier to buy and no rush fee. If your date is tighter than that, call us before you order.
