The single most common artwork problem is a design file saved with a white box around it

Common questions
Can I see a proof before you print?
The preview in the customizer is exactly what we print, so check it carefully before you add it to your cart.
My design is a file with a white background. Is that a problem?
No. Select your logo in the customizer and click Remove Background. The white is gone in seconds.
Can I save a design and come back to it?
Yes. Use the Save and Load buttons under the design area to pick up where you left off. You can also download a copy. If you don't click the Save button, the design is not saved.
How do I know how big my logo will actually be?
The customizer shows your logo's size in millimeters as you resize it. Small products like a 4" disc-top pick have a small print area, so a detailed logo may need to be simplified. Check the size before you order.
Can I order different designs in one order?
Yes. Customize each one and add it to your cart. They all ship together.
Do you keep my design for reorders?
Yes. Your design is saved with your order. To order it again, go to your order history in your account and click reorder.
Is there a minimum order?
50 pieces on custom printed products.
Can you design something for me?
We don't offer design services, but most customers don't need them. Between the graphics library, the text tool and Remove Background, you can build a clean design in a few minutes. Stuck? Chat with us and we'll point you in the right direction.
