Why it works for you and your clients

Priced for your margin

Your reseller rate comes off the price-break price, not the list price, so the gap is there before you mark anything up.

50-piece minimum

Small client jobs don't force you to carry inventory. Order exactly what the event needs.

No setup fee, ever

No plate, die, or origination charge, and full color is included at the same price. Nothing eats the margin before the job starts.

Your client's date

3 business days is standard. Put the real date on the order, and it goes to production with the job. There are no rush fees.

Artwork stays on file

A returning client's job is a reorder, not a new setup. Same file, same product, no rebuild.

A rep who knows your clients

Get a dedicated sales contact for artwork questions and odd requests. Order online or call it in.

Resellers get blind shipping

Turn it on for a client job, leave it off for stock coming into your own warehouse.

With it on there's no SmartPack branding on the carton and no packing slip inside - nothing in the box but a shipping label. Ship to yourself, the venue, or straight to the client. It arrives as your work.

Prices never appear on anything in the box on any order, blind or not.

Company logo on stirrers in branded cocktails
Monogrammed picks in canapés on a passed tray
Logo coasters and napkins on the bar
Buying for your own business, not for clients?
Apply for a wholesale account instead. Built for operations buying for themselves.

Common questions

Will my client know the order came from you?

Not if blind shipping is switched on for that order. There's no SmartPack branding on the carton and no packing slip inside. Prices never appear on anything in the box on any order, blind or not.

How is reseller pricing different from a wholesale account?

Both get an account rate that comes off automatically, a dedicated rep, PO numbers, and signature on delivery. A reseller account adds blind shipping, and the rate is set with reselling in mind.

Do I have to blind ship everything?

No, it's a per-order toggle. You can save it as a default setting for all of your orders on your account settings page if you wish.

Can you ship direct to my client?

Yes. Ship to yourself, the venue, or the client directly.

My client has a fixed event date. Can you hit it?

Tell us the date on the order and it will go to production with the job. Standard production is 3–5 business days; if your date needs to be tighter, say so, and we will make sure your order is delivered on time.  There are no rush fees.

Can I hold artwork for several clients?

Yes. Every order keeps its own artwork on file, so a returning client's reorder is one click with no new setup.
