Do you only work with large companies?
No. Our customers run from at-home resellers and single-location bars to multi-unit, multi-brand groups. Most custom items start at 50 pieces, so a single bar and a stadium both order from the same catalog on the same terms.
Can I order products without SmartPack branding for my clients?
Yes, blind shipping is available on reseller accounts and can be switched on per order. Nothing in the box but a shipping label.
Can you ship to several locations or direct to a venue?
Yes. Tell us how the order should be split and where it needs to land.

What do you need from me to print my logo?
Your logo file - most formats work. Upload it when you order, and we'll handle the rest. Full color is included, so you don't have to simplify your artwork or count colors.
Can I see what the print looks like first?
Yes, you can order a free sample kit to see real prints and materials.
Can I run different designs on the same order?
Yes. Each design is printed separately, so each one gets its own quantity price. Send us the list if you're running several and we'll price it together.
