SmartPack USA provides same day order shipment on all in stock orders placed before 3pm (EST) M-F. Orders placed on weekend, after hours, and observed holidays will ship the next business day. Custom printed /Personalized orders up to 5000 pieces ship within 2-5 business days. Returns and Exchanges
SmartPack USA will accept the return of standard items less a 10% restocking fee within 30 days after you receive your order for a refund or replacement upon request.

•For returns, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained by contacting Smart Pack USA ’s customer service department for ALL returns and/or refusal of delivery.
• RMA number must be clearly displayed on the return label or outer shipping box to be returned.
• All goods must be in the original packaging.
• All exchanges will be accepted with no restocking fee provided that all merchandise is in original packing condition, unused and not damaged.
• RMA for custom items must be requested upon receipt of goods. Custom items must be returned in their entirety for a full refund or replacement.
• Returns should be insured as SmartPack USA will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
• All shipments must be checked for damages before acceptance from the carrier. Smart Pack USA is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Other damage claims must be made within 3 days and an RMA number must be obtained from SmartPack USA, Inc.
• Any shortages must be reported within 3 days. Smart Pack USA reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing a credit. Custom and/or special order merchandise will be returned or replaced at customer request, with RMA issued and receipt of goods by SmartPack USA.
