SmartPack USA began in a Bronx garage, out of a family legacy in New York diners and a simple frustration: branded disposables took weeks to get, cost too much, and nobody made it easy.
How it all began
2014 — the garage
Our founder grew up around New York diners. We started out supplying disposables to New York restaurants and bars. Picks, stirrers, cutlery, napkins - unprinted.
The first print job
A customer asked if we could put their logo on it. We said yes, figured it out, and then the next one asked. Printing went from a favor to our most important product line and our specialty.
Now, printing is the business
Custom printing is what we do. Produced and shipped in New York, built around customization and personalization. For any size bar or restaurant.

Printing and finishing happen at our own facility in New York. Nothing on this site is drop-shipped from overseas, which is why a problem on Tuesday is a conversation on Tuesday rather than an email into a time zone twelve hours away.
It is also why short runs are normal here. When you own the press, a 50-piece order isn’t an exception you tolerate - it is just a shorter run.
