Common questions
What if business slows down or I need to pause or skip a cycle?
You can pause and skip shipments from your account. There's no penalty, and your price stays the same as the original agreement.
Can I cancel the Auto Reorder plan?
The price is based on a full year of ordering, so the plan runs for 12 months. You can’t cancel it yourself during that time - but if something changes and you need to cancel, contact us and we’ll work it out.
What if I need to change my logo or design?
You can update or change your artwork at any time. Contact us and send your new design. You'll get a new proof at the same price, with no setup or alteration fees.
When am I billed?
Auto Reorders recur each billing cycle based on your start date. For example, if you set up Auto-Reorder on the 17th with monthly delivery, your card will be charged on the 17th of each month.
Will I get old stock?
Never. Each shipment is printed fresh right before it ships.
What happens at the end of the year?
After 12 months, your plan will automatically renew - no action needed unless you wish to cancel.
Does my account discount stack on top?
No. Auto Reorder is its own committed rate rather than a discount on the list price, so it replaces the other pricing rather than stacking with it.
What happens when the twelve months are up?
We contact you before it ends. You can renew at the current rates or let it lapse — nothing renews silently at a price you have not seen.
