Return Policy

Smart Pack USA Inc. will accept the return of standard items within 30 days after you receive your order for a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee, provided the following:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained by contacting Smart Pack USA Inc.’s customer service department for ALL returns and/or refusal of delivery.
• RMA number must be clearly displayed on the return label or outer shipping box to be returned.
• All goods must be in the original packaging and must be in condition for restocking. Goods not in restocking condition are subject to an additional repacking fee of $15.00 per box.

All exchanges will be accepted with no restocking fee provided that all merchandise is in original packing condition, unused and not damaged.  Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Returns should be insured as Smart Pack USA, Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit. 

All shipments must be checked for damages before acceptance from the carrier. Smart Pack USA, Inc. is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Other damage claims must be made within 10 days and an RMA number must be obtained from Smart Pack USA, Inc.

All shortages must be reported within 10 days. Smart Pack USA, Inc. reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing a credit. Custom and/or special order merchandise cannot be returned. Goods cannot be returned after 30 days.
