Do you carry any inventory other than the items shown on your website?

Can I customize an item?

SmartPack USA supplies custom sized skewers for manufacturing, and offers a variety of printed and mold injected custom items including picks, stirrers, serving utensils and more. Visit our custom products page here or contact our sales team at sales@smartpackusa.com or 631.240.0600.

Do you offer Net30 terms?

Yes! Please contact our sales department to request our credit application.

Do you blind ship?

Yes! Please be sure to let us know if you would like us to blind ship your order by contacting us via email sales@smartpackusa.com or place a note in the notes section when checking out.

Do you accept blanket orders?

Yes, blanket orders are welcome. Most blanket orders qualify for quantity discounts. We will allocate stock in our warehouse specifically for your order and ship partial quantities as per your direction. What happens when an item is out of stock?

Our goal is to always have all standard items in stock. However, sometimes items do go out of stock. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available. Your credit card will only be charged for items that are shipped. What is your pricing policy? Prices are subject to change without notice.

Does SmartPack charge sales tax?

Yes, orders shipped to a New York State zip code will be charged sales tax. If you have a New York State resale certificate, please contact us prior to placing an order. Orders shipped outside of New York State will not be charged New York State Sales Tax.

I just created a custom order on your website using your customizer. When can I expect delivery?

Most custom orders of 5000 pieces or less are shipped within 2-5 business days.

I am unable to use your website customizer to create my item. Can I have some assistance?

Do you ship to PO BOXES?

Yes. Shipments to PO BOX are shipped via USPS only.
