Can you send me a price quote?
Sure! Please contact us at 631.240.0600 or email@example.com and provide the item number, quantity desired, artwork and how you would like your item customized (i.e. full color printing, hot foil stamping or mold injection). Once we confirm we have received your request, you will receive your quote for in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days or within 1 to 2 weeks for non-stock items.
How do I place an order?
To get started, simply contact us at 631.240.0600 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Our knowledgeable sales staff will walk you through the custom design process. You will be asked to provide the artwork or text you wish to have customized.
What format should I use to submit my artwork?
Please submit high resolution, camera-ready artwork (300dpi or better), in any of the following file types: .psd, .ai, .eps, .tif, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .pdf, or .gif. Be sure to include font files when necessary. Our sales staff will work with you to ensure that your artwork is reproduced exactly how you envision. What methods of payment are available?
We accept all major credit cards as well as checks. If paying by check, please note that order production will not start until check has been received and cleared.
When will I receive my items?
Please note that we operate with a two to three week standard lead time for printed in-stock items for quantities of 500 to 50,000 pieces. If the desired item is not in-stock, lead time can increase to up to 14 weeks. Standard lead time for custom mold injected items is 12 to 14 weeks.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. There is a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces for in-stock items. Non-stock items require a minimum order quantity of 100,000 pieces.
What if I want to return my custom items?
Custom order items are non-refundable. We begin manufacturing your product as soon as we receive your email approval of the artwork proof. Changes and cancellations are not accepted after proof approval.
